Our website offers an AI-powered analysis tool (AI Visibility Tool) that allows you to assess the visibility of your brand in generative AI systems. Below we inform you in detail about the associated data processing.
Processed Data
When using the AI Visibility Tool, the following personal data is processed:

- Telefonnummer
- Unternehmen / Firmenname
- Markenname / Suchbegriff
- Website-URL
- IP-Adresse (technisch bedingt bei der Übertragung)
Purpose of Processing
The data is processed to (a) conduct an AI-powered analysis of brand visibility in generative systems, (b) create the analysis report as a PDF and send it to you via email, and (c) store your contact information for follow-up and processing of your inquiry.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures at your request) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent via the consent checkbox before submitting the form).
Recipients and Data Processors
To provide the service, your data is transmitted to the following third-party providers:
Google Gemini API (AI Analysis)
The brand name and website URL you enter are transmitted to the Google Gemini API (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to perform the AI-powered visibility analysis. No other personal data (name, email, phone) is transmitted to Gemini.
Resend (Email Delivery)
For sending the analysis report via email, we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Your email address, company name, and the PDF report are transmitted to Resend. Resend processes this data exclusively for the purpose of email delivery.
Google Sheets (Lead Management)
Your contact details (name, email, phone, company, brand name) are stored in Google Sheets (Google Ireland Limited) to track and process your inquiry.
Data Transfer to Third Countries
Through the use of Google services and Resend, personal data may be transferred to the USA. The transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Google is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Resend is contractually committed to compliance with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention Period
Contact data collected through the AI Visibility Tool is stored for the duration of processing your inquiry and for a maximum of 6 months thereafter, unless a further business relationship is established. Analysis data transmitted to Google Gemini (brand name) is handled by Google according to their data processing policies and is not used for AI model training. Email delivery data at Resend is deleted after 30 days.

IP-Anonymisierung
Wir haben die IP-Anonymisierung aktiviert. Dadurch wird Ihre IP-Adresse von Google innerhalb von Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union oder in anderen Vertragsstaaten des Abkommens über den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum gekürzt. Nur in Ausnahmefällen wird die volle IP-Adresse an einen Server von Google in den USA übertragen und dort gekürzt.
Datenübermittlung in Drittländer
Google verarbeitet Ihre Daten möglicherweise auch in den USA. Die Übermittlung von Daten in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Google ist zudem unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.

Empfänger der Daten

Speicherdauer
Die von Google erfassten Daten werden nach 14 Monaten automatisch gelöscht. Daten, deren Aufbewahrungsdauer erreicht ist, werden einmal pro Monat automatisch gelöscht.
